Where buyers hesitate
Headline, price, promise, CTA, payment wording, and trust signals get checked for confusion.
Same-day micro offer
Send one offer page, product listing, checkout flow, or sales DM route. You get a concise audit note: what confuses buyers, where payment handoff can break, which questions are missing, and the next fix to make.
One small deliverable. Same-day from payment verification and intake. Delivery starts automatically once the provider's signed payment event is verified. A person only steps in if that event is missing, duplicated, or the amount does not match.
Included
Headline, price, promise, CTA, payment wording, and trust signals get checked for confusion.
The note flags missing order references, weak payment instructions, and proof gaps.
You get five buyer questions or objections that should be answered before checkout.
same-day from verified payment and intake · one offer only
This offer does not move money by itself; every payment is authorised inside the provider's own cashier and confirmed by their signed event.
Delivery promise
The main reason a buyer may pause before paying.
Specific copy, checkout, payment, or FAQ fixes in priority order.
One step to make the next paid order easier to complete.
A plain answer on whether the buyer needs a larger build or just a small fix.
Ready
One offer. One same-day note. No subscription.
Services on this site are provided by TJ NOVA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17308318, registered office 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
We supply website delivery and payment-orchestration technology: order routing, webhook signature verification, fulfilment and ticketing. We do not provide payment, clearing, settlement, stored-value or fund-custody services, and we are not a bank or a non-bank payment institution.
Funds are received, held and settled only by licensed payment institutions. At no point do we take possession of, pool, on-pay or hold those funds. Collections are processed by Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Airwallex, Alipay or WeChat Pay under their own terms and your own merchant agreement.
When you collect from your own customers through a site we delivered, you are the merchant of record. We are not the payee, acquirer or aggregator for those transactions, and we do not advance or collect money on your behalf. Fees you pay us for delivery and technology are collected by us as the payee, through the same licensed institutions.
The services must not be used for gambling, fraud, money laundering, pornography, smuggling or unlicensed cross-border purchasing, unlicensed financial, medical or pharmaceutical activity, or any other unlawful business. On discovery we suspend service immediately and cooperate with the competent authorities.
You onboard directly with the licensed institution and complete its KYC and AML review in your own name. You are solely responsible for the legality of your site, your goods, your customers and your transactions, and for the licences your business requires.
We do not provide services to persons or entities on UK, EU or US OFAC sanctions lists, or in comprehensively sanctioned territories. You warrant that you, your customers and your sources of funds are not subject to such measures.
Delivery is evidenced by acceptance records, deployment logs and access or download logs. If a card issuer raises a dispute, we supply the technical evidence; the handling of funds follows the rules of the licensed institution and the card scheme, not ours.
Refunds of the service fees you pay us follow our service contract. Refunds or chargebacks of the charges your own customers pay you are handled between you and the licensed institution, and never pass through our accounts.
These services are offered to business customers rather than individual consumers. If you are purchasing as a consumer, tell us in writing before you order so that the applicable statutory rights are applied correctly.
Bespoke website and orchestration work is a service. If you ask us to begin before any statutory cancellation period ends, and you later cancel, you pay for the work already performed. Where digital content is supplied immediately, the statutory right to cancel ends only after you have separately confirmed that you request immediate supply and acknowledge losing that right; your statutory rights as to quality, description and fitness under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always remain.
For visitors to this site and for our own customer records, we act as the data controller. For the end-user data on the sites we deliver to you, we act only as a processor on your documented instructions, within the agreed purpose, duration, categories and safeguards.
To the extent permitted by law, and excluding liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, personal injury and any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability for foreseeable direct loss is capped at the service fees you have paid for the order concerned.
Contracts with TJ NOVA LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Legal and compliance contact: [email protected]. We answer complaints through this channel before any external escalation.
