TJ NOVA LTD Launch Desk sells productized setup and advisory services for independent checkout, order-ledger, and AI support workflows.

Scope

Each order covers the package selected at checkout. The flagship package, AI Commerce Launch Kit, includes one launch workflow, payment handoff, order-ledger setup guidance, AI support starter content, operator handoff, and evidence pack.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe (cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay), PayPal, or a Payoneer receiving link. This site never stores card data and never initiates payouts. When the provider returns a signature-verified payment event, the order is marked paid and delivery starts automatically. Manual review happens only when a provider event is missing, duplicated, or does not reconcile.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer must provide accurate business, product, contact, and intake details. Do not send raw card data, account passwords, private keys, recovery codes, or sensitive identity documents through the public checkout flow.

Delivery

Delivery starts automatically once the signature-verified payment event arrives; the delivery clock runs from that moment, and any required intake is collected in parallel. Delivery evidence is kept privately and referenced in the order ledger with redacted notes.

Limits

This service does not provide legal, tax, banking, financial, or regulated payment-processing advice. Provider account approval, live payment limits, disputes, chargebacks, and compliance reviews remain controlled by the payment providers.
