TJ NOVA LTD 不是银行、不是收单机构、也不是清算机构。所有付款均在持牌支付服务商自己的收银台内完成授权与扣款，本站只记录订单与凭证，不经手资金。
TJ NOVA LTD is not a bank, an acquirer, or a settlement institution. Every payment is authorised and captured inside the licensed provider's own cashier; this site records the order and the evidence, and never holds funds.
